In 2018, employees were allowed to wear jeans and sneakers to work. The company wanted to update the design of their uniform to match the relaxed dress code. This came with a sustainable twist: their signature vest but made from 100% recycled polyester from plastic bottles. They ended up saving 17 million plastic bottles from landfills.
